The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended, all balances being forfeited, and any open wagers being voided. cuci7 uses technical and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or transfer your Account to any other person. cuci7 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You agree to notify cuci7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat or at the support email address provided on this Platform.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at cuci7's discretion at any other time, you will be required to complete our KYC verification process. This may involve submitting copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used. Failure to complete KYC verification to cuci7's satisfaction may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or declined.

cuci7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct online banking transfers from major Malaysian commercial banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled or forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after satisfaction of all outstanding obligations will be refunded to your verified payment method.
cuci7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) cuci7 is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) cuci7 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) you are found to be ineligible under Section 3of these Terms.
Where an Account is terminated by cuci7 for breach of these Terms, cuci7 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where termination is for reasons other than breach, real-money balances will be returned to the Player following satisfactory completion of KYC and AML review.
cuci7 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, cuci7 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to the address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the cuci7 Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
